You can watch Welwyn Garden City's Lisa Snowdon cooking up a storm on TV this week in her bid to become Celebrity MasterChef 2022.
In a star-studded line-up, the TV presenter and model will cook for hosts Gregg Wallace and John Torode in the hit BBC TV series on Tuesday night.
In Lisa's heat this week, the former Strictly Come Dancing finalist will tackle current Strictly professional dancer Katya Jones in the kitchen and British drag performer Kitty Scott-Claus.
The other two celebrities cooking this week are former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas, and TV presenter and actor Adam Pearson.
You can see Lisa Snowdon and the other contestants in Celebrity MasterChef on BBC One on Tuesday, August 30 at 9pm.
There will be two further episodes this week on Thursday, September 1 at 8pm, and Friday, September at 9pm.
Just two of the five celebs will make it to the semi-final.
Lisa Snowdon made the final of Strictly with pro dance partner Brendan Cole back in 2008. Lisa has since appeared in the Strictly Christmas special.
When she was announced for Celebrity MasterChef Lisa posted on Instagram that it's "going to get hot in that kitchen".
And that's certainly the case with one of Tuesday's culinary challenges having a Mexican theme.
What happens in Celebrity MasterChef 2022 this week?
Series 17, Episode 10 - BBC One: Tuesday, August 30, 9pm
The celebrities in the fourth and final week of MasterChef heats are actor Adam Pearson, professional dancer Katya Jones, drag performer Kitty Scott-Claus, presenter Lisa Snowdon and actor Ryan Thomas.
Their first challenge is Under the Cloche. In front of each celebrity is a cloche, underneath which is an ingredient.
Each celebrity has a different ingredient and must create one dish showcasing that ingredient to demonstrate their potential to the judges.
With nerves running high and just over an hour to create their dish from scratch, the celebrities must think on their feet to impress the judges.
Next is the Street Food Challenge. The celebrities are presented with a street food dish that is popular throughout Mexico, and they must taste it and try to identify the ingredients that are in it.
Then, following not a recipe but their instincts, they must cook this classic national dish themselves. Will their attempts impress, or will they fall short of the mark?
Then, in the final test of culinary creativity, the five contestants are asked to prepare their Dinner Party Dish β something they would cook to impress if someone was coming round to eat. At the end of this test, one of them will be sent home.
Who can handle the pressure and show the judges they have the skills, creativity and flair to progress further in the competition?
Episode 11 - BBC One: Thursday, September 1, 8pm
On the Thursday, the four remaining contestants in heat four face three more culinary challenges as they battle for a place in the last quarter-final.
Their first challenge is a Knowledge and Skills Test, where they have the terrifying task of facing judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace one on one.
They must demonstrate their ability to make sweet and sour prawn balls in just 20 minutes.
Next, the celebrities are pushed to their limits. Up until this point in the competition, they have been cooking food as they would at home, but to show them what restaurant standard cooking is all about, John and Gregg invite in a professional chef.
Anna Haugh, owner of the restaurant Myrtle in London, challenges each of the four celebrities to cook a recipe from her menu, which champions Irish produce.
Then itβs crunch time, with just one more chance to earn a place in the quarter-final. The brief is to recreate their favourite takeaway.
With just one hour to cook, and only three quarter-final places up for grabs, the celebrities give it their all in a final attempt to prove themselves to the judges.
At the end of this test, one of them will be going home.
Episode 12 - BBC One: Friday, September 2, 9pm
This week's three remaining contenders return for the last quarter-final.
They must cook a faultless two-course meal that will be judged not only by John and Gregg but also by three Celebrity MasterChef champions β Kadeena Cox (2021), Greg Rutherford (2019) and Angellica Bell (2017).
Only the best two contestants can move one step closer to winning the title of Celebrity MasterChef 2022.
