The event at The Robin Hood and Little John pub in Rabley Heath, known as Macfest, was organised by a committee chaired by Josie Chamberlin, owner of Costcutter in Codicote.
Josie, who has organised two previous festivals in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, said: ““Each year Macfest gets bigger and better, and the fundraising total is following that trend, too.
“We’d like to say thank you to all our supporters and to The Robin Hood and Little John for enabling us to hold it there, and of course, to all the bands involved.

“Macfest has raised over £15,500 to date, which is something we’re all really proud off.
“Here’s to next year!”
The festival showcased local musical talent including Allergy, The Dirty Half Hundred and Swanvesta Social Club, supplemented by children’s activities such as a bouncy castle.
