There was another busy weekend of racing for those at Welwyn Garden City Sailing Club.
The first race went very much as usual in the light winds, regulars Annette Walter, Angelo Hansen and David Lambert filling the top three positions.
All that changed in race two when Lambert and Hansen took an early lead and stayed out front with Hansen winning on handicap.
The wind dropped almost immediately after the start and there followed a slow-motion competition between the rest of the fleet with Walter, aided by very young daughter Amy on board, recovered to take third place.
The double handers had a close competition of their own with Neil Hewitt and Olivier coming home ahead of Mike Dilks in the first race with the positions in doubt right up to the end.
This was reversed in raced two.
Hansen was not only winner of the overall Burgee but also a clear winner of the Wee Auld Mug in the personal handicap competition.
