Tables in the Herts Cricket League are starting to take shape after matches in round three.
Devastating pace bowling by Kobie Richmond and Charlie Randall powered Knebworth Park to the top of Division Two B with a trouncing at home to Flitwick.
Richmond's first five-wicket haul of 5-26, together with Randall's 4-29, ripped the visitors' batting line-up apart and paved the way to a 119-run success.
Randall had two clean bowled in his first over and they had Flitwick reeling at 42-9 and only a last wicket stand lifted the total to 86 all out.
They were chasing Park's 206-6 which was hard earned on a surface lacking pace after the midweek rain.
Both openers Louis Champion and Haydon Bartlett-Tasker fell cheaply seeking to force the pace but Charlie Randall (44) and Liam Mitchell (17) showed patience and careful shot selection to establish a strong foundation in a crucial 58 third-wicket partnership.
Kobie Richmond chipped in with 15 but as they stumbled to 99-5, Flitwick, who had also won their opening two games, held hope of a winning position.
But Archie Stephens (42 not out) and Rob Morley (19) triggered a fine recovery in a stand of 57.
More was to come as an unbeaten 31 from Dave Roberts was part of a run-a-ball 50 that took the final score.
They now lead the beaten foes by 24 points after three matches.
Welwyn Garden City are not having the best of times in their pursuit of an immediate return to the Premier Division, losing for the second time in their opening three Championship games.
This one was a 16-run loss at Dunstable Town.
The home side had won the toss and made 181, bowled on on the penultimate delivery.
Most got into double figures but never truly went on to a make a big target. Radhakrishna Marripati was the top bowler for WGC, taking 3-31, while there was 2-18 for Dan Roomans.
Marripati was also the top scorer with the bat, making 45, but they too had plenty of good starts without any others getting to 20 or above.
They faced all 50 of their overs but finished on 165-9.
Tewin are up to fourth in Division Three A after a one-wicket win over Allenburys & County Hall.
It was a day for the bowlers. Tewin's had dismissed the away side for 92, Josh Crutchett leading the way with 5-14, followed by 2-16 for Sai Chaitanya Nanduri and 2-23 for Paul Shankster.
They got to their target in the 38th over, albeit nine wickets down, the best of the batsman being 23 from Jordan Brunel, Vaughan Smith hitting the winning run.
Datchworth had a crushing 107-run win over Hemel Hempstead Town.
Nick Winchester thumped 95 as they got to 242 all out, and then managed 3-17 in the reply as the home side finished on 135.
He wasn't the pick of the bowlers, Tom Bennett taking 4-17.
Hatfield & Crusaders lost by five wickets to North Enfield in Division Four A, Ben Clark with 39 and Aman Singh on 36, while there was a 87-run defeat for Hatfield Hyde in Division Four B.
Mohammed Lebbe was Hyde's top player, taking 3-44 and then hitting 25.
Bentley Heath meanwhile won by 99 runs in Division Five A, beating Mill Hill Village away.
Ollie Hubbard got 54 while a wonderful 78 not out from number 10 Hassan Zeb got them from 106-8 to a final total of 221.
Zeb then managed 3-14 as Mill Hill were out for 122, Babar Ali and Matt Bird sharing four wickets between them.
