There were ideal conditions down at Stanborough Lakes for the latest round of racing at Welwyn Garden City Sailing Club.
The small fleet not only enjoyed the sun but the wind was coming straight down the lake too, helping their cause.
In the first pursuit race Sheila Stowe was one of the first away and was never caught.
Tony Hale had one of his best performances catching everyone except Stowe, leaving Charles Adams to settle for third and Mike Caddy fourth.
In race two the wind was stronger with some nasty gusts.
This time it was Caddy who came through the fleet to win, much helped by Hale capsizing just when he looked as though he was going to improve on his result in the first race.
Adams was second and Stowe third, with Ewelina Hoffman and Mik in the double-hander fourth.
