Hatfield Swimming Club's performances at the regional championships have caught the eye in more ways than one - leading to a national call-up.
Following their silver medals at the championships in Watford, the Hatfield 14-16-year-old boys' 4x200m freestyle relay has qualified to compete this summer at British Summer Nationals in Sheffield.
For the relay to qualify, the time they posted at regionals had to be in the top 30 in Britain.
And after a tense wait for every region's results to be submitted, the rankings were published and the team secured their invitation by making the top 30.
Two other teams from the East region qualified, Cambridge and Peterborough.
The swimmers making up the team are Sam Jeffrey, Daniel Belsey, Daniel Williams and Lucas Hartley.
They will be looking to improve their ranking when they swim at the championships in July.
