Annette Walter has enjoyed a stunning couple of weeks at Welwyn Garden City Sailing Club - collecting race win after race win.
It started with success in the final pursuit race of the winter series, coming second in race one before holding off the entire fleet in race two.
Alan Campbell was runner up with first in race one and fourth in race two while there was a tie for third overall between junior Angelo Hansen (fourth and second) and Roger Morse (two thirds).
The club's commodore, Charles Adams, took the opportunity to try a different boat thanks to the forecast of light winds.
That didn't prove to be entirely the case and with a lively breeze at times, he found himself left behind in the Comet fleet, although he did have a race-long battle with Francis Hansen.
Walter's next victories came despite a late start in race one.
She still managed to blitz through the field to win the slow fleet and overall.
Runner up was Dave Lambert with a second and a third although he could be content with first prize in the fast fleet.
Morse was again third overall after a third in race one and fourth in race two.
Angelo Francis was first junior with a notable second place overall in the first race.
He shared the runner-up spot in the slow fleet with Adams who he held off in race one.
However, the positions were reversed in race two when there were stronger gusts with which to contend.
Francis Hansen eventually prevailed over Nina Ferguson to be the junior field runner-up.
