Herts Phoenix are building up their form for a tough season ahead with a string of impressive performances on the boards indoor.
The athletics club, who are part based at Welwyn Garden City's Gosling Stadium, were competing at the Southern U20 & Senior Individual Championship, held at Lee Valley.
And star of the show for Phoenix was Ellie-Mae Bandy who picked up silver medals in both the 60m and 200m senior women with season best times in both.
She said: "I had a great time and came away with a SB in the 60m (7.50 seconds) and an indoor 200m PB of 24.06.
"That has prepared me well for the British Champs next week and I'm really looking forward to it."
The club's other athletes also did well including a number of the Welwyn contingent.
Amelia Gittens was second in her heat of the U20 60m with a PB of 7.75 before coming sixth in the final.
Louise Grenfell was just outside the medal places in the U20 400m, coming fourth, although she also managed a PB with 58.22.
Matthew Cox meanwhile was eighth in the U20 long jump after jumping a season best of 6.20m.
