Stars Academy, the only Rhythmic Gymnastics Club in Hertfordshire, picked up three gold medals at the Bath Open Championships.
Stars, based in Welwyn Garden City and fully registered with British Gymnastics Organisation, also won one silver medal and six bronze in addition to a fourth, three fifth placed finishes and one sixth place from 12 girls (aged seven to 16) and almost all levels from Novice 1 to National on their first outing to an individuals competition.
Head coach and club owner, Elena Museva, said: “This is a great success for the club and our Stars Academy gymnasts as Bath Open Championship is a very big and strong competition for the whole of South of UK with 170 gymnasts.
“As it was the very first Rhythmic Gymnastics competition for most of our girls and I am really proud of all the girls. A great performance.”
