A planning application has been submitted to demolish a property in Welwyn and replace it with four new homes.
The proposal, put forward by Netherdown Limited, would see the current home at 9 Wendover Lodge in Church Street knocked down.
The plans include two, two-storey semi-detached houses with three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room.
The two remaining properties will also be split over two floors and include three bedrooms.
One will include a reception, hall, kitchen, dining room and living room, while the other will have a study, kitchen, dining room and living room.
A new access from Church Street will also be created as part of the plans.
