A man from Welwyn is wanted by the police in connection with theft and assault offences.

Joshua Lockwood is wanted in connection with numerous offences including harassment, theft and common assault.

His last known address was in Clock House Gardens, but the 29-year-old also has links to Chislehurst in south-east London.
