A man has been charged with drink driving after a car was spotted swerving before hitting a cone in Hatfield.
Anass El Hidadi Khadraoui, of Dunstable Road, Luton was stopped by officers from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit in Roehyde Way last Saturday (November 23).
He was breathalysed at the roadside and then again in custody.
The 23-year-old was arrested and subsequently charged with driving over the alcohol limit.
He has since been released on bail prior to an appearance at St Albans Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, December 10.
