Campus West's annual pantomime is returning next month with a 'fresh take' on Sleeping Beauty.

The panto will be staged from Monday, December 9 to Sunday, January 5, with tickets available from https://jojopantos.co.uk/ or through the box office.

Sleeping Beauty is crafted by duo Jonas Cemm and Joe Sargent from JoJo Panto Scripts, who have presented the Campus West panto since 2021.

Jonas returns this year as writer and director, while Joe is taking on the role of the charming King Wally of Welwyn.

This summer, the duo brought their tour of George Bernard Shaw's Mrs Warren's Profession to Campus West through their theatre company SHAW2020.

George Bernard Shaw lived at Shaw's Corner in nearby Ayot St Lawrence, where Jonas and Joe performed during their summer tour.

They often nod to the community by weaving Shaw's lines into their pantomime scripts.
