New homes are set to be built in Hatfield after a number of planning applications were approved.
Plans to build three new properties in Swan Stables, Woodside Lane were given the green light by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, subject to conditions being met.
"No part of the development shall commence until full details of the access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority," the decision reads.
The council's Development Management Committee also approved plans to build a new three-bedroom home at 105 Great North Road, with a number of conditions also imposed.
It won't be the only development taking place in Great North Road, with an application to build four new homes following the demolition of a bungalow approved.
This again comes with plenty of conditions to meet, after plenty of objections were submitted during the consultation process.
"This planning application is for four dwellings which will be cramped on the site," read an objection from North Mymms Parish Council.
"North Mymms Parish Council maintain previous objection. This is over-development in the Green Belt and access for vehicles is a concern coming off the Great North Road."
