Digswell's award-winning amateur dramatics group helped Welwyn Garden City residents get into the spirit of Christmas at the town's lights switch on on Saturday.
The Digswell Players were out in force to celebrate seeing in the festive period, while promoting their 71st annual pantomime, The Snow Queen, which will run from January 1 to 11, 2025.
Written and directed by Mary Portalska, The Snow Queen follows the story of Frostina, who casts an eternal winter over the town of Humdrum-scandi-hasselhoffen-berg, leaving it up to the locals and the Sorceress of Summer to restore the balance of the seasons.
Jam-packed with all your favourite pantomime traditions, this fun-filled family show will have you booing, cheering and belly laughing until the very end!
