A speeding M25 driver was called a "silly boy" by police after he was identified by a parcel left in his abandoned car.
Last night, (November 14), the Beds, Cambs and Herts road policing unit spotted a car with false plates that failed to stop on the M25 - driving well over the speed limit.
A post on X read: "This car on false plates failed to stop for us this evening on the M25 driving at speeds exceeding 110mph.
"The car was later found abandoned.
"Suspect helpfully left us his name and address in the car on a parcel - Silly boy!"
