Care home staff were recognised for their hard work at a recent awards ceremony.

The event, held on October 17 at the Tewinbury Farm Hotel in Tewin, celebrated the dedication of staff members working in Hertfordshire care homes.

The staff are employed by Quantum Care, a not-for-profit care company based in Welwyn Garden City.

Maria Ball, CEO of Quantum Care, said: "These awards recognise not only the hard work and commitment of our staff but also the importance of continuous learning and development within our industry.

"At Quantum Care, we believe that investing in people is the key to delivering outstanding care, and this event celebrated exactly that.

"I am incredibly proud of our team for their passion and dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of those we care for."

The staff members were nominated for the awards by the families of residents in the care homes.

Certificates were also awarded to staff members who had successfully qualified in various care-related subjects.
