St Albans Magistrates Court results – October 11 

Olesa Golubeva: 41, of Crown Terrace, Bishops Stortford. On September 23, 2023, travelled by train between Bishops Stortford and Tottenham Hale train station without a valid train ticket. Ordered to pay compensation £12. 

Jason Dey: 34, of Mendip Way, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on October 11, 2023 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £150 

Toby Sohan: 32, of Nightingale Walk, Stevenage. On May 18, 2022, kept a vehicle which did not have any road tax. Fined £293 plus ordered to pay road tax duty £70 and court costs £85. 

Amadur Rahman: 36, of Pound Avenue, Stevenage. On October 30, 2019 drove a BMW on Durham Road, Stevenage when the tyre on the rear nearside and offside were not a depth of at least 1.6mm. Fined £160 plus ordered to pay victim services £32 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – October 16 

Scott Evans: 38, of Stewardstone Road, Waltham Abbey. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Colchester Magistrates Court on January 13, 2022, by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Community order made by North Essex Magistrates' Court on 13/01/2022 revoked. Fined £500 

Bobby Nash: 26, of Rupert House, Welwyn Garden City. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on May 25, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £80 and ordered to pay court costs £85. Community order - the defendant must comply with the order by May 24, 2025.  

Jonthan Grandin: 52, of Wyedale, London Colney. Between October 11 and October 19 used a colour TV without a valid licence. Fined £146 plus ordered to pay victim services £58 and court costs £120.

Jack Hardy: 35, of Shenley Road, Borehamwood. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Willesden Magistrates Court on June 17, 2024, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £80 and ordered to pay court costs £85. 

Arman Akyol: 45, of High Street, Ware. On March 22, 2023, drove a Land Rover at Turnford High Road, Broxbourne when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £300 plus ordered to pay victim services £120 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
