Two Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) visited a day centre for adults with learning disabilities in Welham Green.
The Welwyn Hatfield Neighbourhood Policing Team members, Sam Griffin and Tom Martin, joined the Hands On Day Centre for arts and crafts on Monday, September 23.
They also engaged in a fitness session through dancing.
PCSO Sam Griffin said: "We always enjoy our visits to the centre and this was no different.
"We were met with big hugs and smiles when we arrived and it was a joy to see the happiness on their faces.
"It’s important that we look after our vulnerable members of society and it is a pleasure spending time there.
"We are looking forward to our next visit already."
The policing team regularly visit the centre and were even there last Christmas Day to serve up the roast turkey.
