Stevenage Magistrates Court results – September 13 

Benjamin Richards: 54, of Sanville Gardens, Stanstead Abbots. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Reading Magistrates Court on September 25, 2023. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months and to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next twelve months. Fined £200. 

Christopher Cavanagh: 38, of Founceley Avenue, Dane End. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on March 20, 2024, by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £50. 

Thomas Jeffery: 33, of Rivenhall End, Welwyn Garden City. On May 13, 2022, was the owner of a vehicle which had no road tax. Fined £250 plus ordered to pay back car duty £281 and court costs £85 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – September 18 

Ruairi Bray: 44, of Balmoral Park, Park Street. On September 11, 2023, drove a Land Rover on A1081 Airport Way, Luton at 58mph when the speed limit is 50mph. Fined £71 plus ordered to pay victim services £29. 

Sandeep Kalsi: 44, of Coates Way, Watford. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on April 11, 2024, by failing to attend office appointments. Ordered to pay compensation £100. Committed to prison for 8 weeks suspended for 12 months. 

Adeola Osobu: 32, of Rose Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Fined £100. 

James Peach: 42, of Azalea Close, St Albans. On December 11, 2023, used a vehicle at North Orbital Road, St Albans which was not taxed. Fined £146 plus ordered to pay back tax duty £33 and court results £85. 

Olivier Zahoor: 31, of Millwards, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Margate Magistrates Court on June 12, 2024, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £40 and court costs £85.
