St Albans Magistrates Court results – September 11 

Ummat Sazmas: 40, of Annandale Road, London. On December 14, 2022, failed to give information relating to the driver of Daf Truck who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £553 plus ordered to pay victim services £221 and court costs £300. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Danielle Theodossiou: 40, of Greville Close, Welham Green. On February 27, 2022, drove a Mercedes GL350 on M3 junction 6-7 Basingstoke at 93mph when the speed limit is 70mph. Fined £66 and ordered to pay victim services £34. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. ` 

Alan Boatwright: 63, of Tameston Close, Luton. On January 26, 2024, drove a Daf HGV on A1 South Mimms, section 97 of the Transport Act 1968 applied and failed to use a driver card.  Fined £267 plus ordered to pay victim services £106 and court costs £100. 

DW Scaffolding Ltd: of Butterfield, Great Marlings, Luton. On January 26, 2024, drove an HGV at A1 South Mimms, section 97 of the Transport Act 1968 applied and failed to use a driver card. Between April 10, 2023 and January 26, 2024, failed to download data from a driver card. Fined £1,000 plus ordered to pay victim services £400 and court costs £150.
