Police are searching for a wanted man with links to St Albans and Welwyn Hatfield.
Jamie Fogarty, 39, is wanted on recall to prison.
Anyone who sees Fogarty, or has any information about his whereabouts, is asked to report information online at herts.police.uk/report, speak to an operator in the Force Communications Room via the online web chat at herts.police.uk/contact or call the non-emergency number 101.
If you have seen him in the last few moments, you should dial 999.
