Police have launched an appeal to find the owner of two missing ponies that were found in Brookmans Park.
At around 8.15pm yesterday (August 18), the animals were located on the Great North Road, heading towards Potters Bar.
Officers have found a safe location for the pair, but are now keen to track down the owners and reunited them.
"Do you recognise these ponies?," read a post on the Welwyn Hatfield Police Facebook page.
"They were on the Great North Road this evening about 8.15pm, near to the Dutch Market Place near Brookmans Park, heading towards Potters Bar from Hatfield.
"They are now at a safe location. If you are the owner or you know who owns them, please call 101 as soon as possible."
