A teenager has been charged with possession of a bladed article and class B drugs after being arrested on the A1(M) near Hatfield.
At around 8.30pm on Tuesday, July 6, police proactively stopped a black Hyundai at Junction 3 of the A1(M), as it was believed to have been stolen.
A bladed article and a quantity of drugs were seized during the stop, with a 16-year-old boy arrested.
He has since been charged with being in possession of a bladed article, being in possession of class B drugs, namely cannabis, driving without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
