New Welwyn Hatfield MP Andrew Lewin has taken his oath of allegiance following last week's general election.
Mr Lewin was elected as MP for the constituency as a Labour MP, and chose to take the secular affirmation in the House of Commons.
"I am now officially sworn in as the Labour Member of Parliament for Welwyn Hatfield," he tweeted.
"I can't speak highly enough of how the House of Commons staff have supported all new MPs this week.
"It has been a humbling experience to walk the corridors with so many dedicated public servants."

MPs can choose between the secular affirmation or swear on the King James Bible.
Those taking the affirmation say: "I do solemnly, sincerely, and truly declare and affirm, that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King Charles, his heirs and successors, according to law."
This parliament will be formally opened with the King's Speech on Wednesday, July 17.
