Codicote Village Day is set to return later this month, with over 150 stalls and attractions to keep visitors entertained.
The popular event will take place on Saturday, July 20, with free entry and parking and entertainment including a funfair, traditional games, crafts, food stalls, a beer tent, tea tent, live music and much more.
The parade starts at 12.45pm from the southern end of High Street, with majorettes and floats from local groups – all in thetheme of 'TV Adverts'.
On arrival at the Great Field there will be the Grand Opening at 2pm by Britain’s Got Talent star Immi Davis and the Village Day King and Queen.
Plenty of exciting arena entertainment will then follow throughout the day, including a baby competition, maypole, dance show and singing performance.
There will be two shows from the Savage Skills Mountain Bike Stunt team, kindly sponsored by Taylor Wimpey.
Stevenage FC and Boro Bear will be present to test your football skills, or maybe try your luck at one of the many games on offer.
Codicote WI will be serving tea, coffee and cakes from the tea tent, or you can treat yourself to a cold refreshing drink from The Goat’s beer tent.
Codicote Village Day is held on the Great Field, opposite the church (SG4 8XY)
