St Albans Magistrates Court results – June 25 

Jalal Abdul: 34, of Queens Road, Ware. On February 28, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Kia who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Richard Dench: 65, of New Road, Radlett. On July 21, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of a Volkswagen Polo who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £1,320 plus ordered to pay victim services £528 and court costs £85. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – June 26 

Kaine Richards: 20, of Riverside Road, St Albans. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on November 3, 2023, by failing to attend office appointments. Ordered to pay court costs £85. 

Aran Shah: 47, of Shephall Way, Stevenage. On September 15, 2022, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a BMW who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £72 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Ryan Bott: 24, of Fourdrinier Way, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Ipswich Magistrates Court on November 30, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £200 plus ordered to pay court costs £85. 

Valentina Gyenin: 29, of Neptune Drive, Hemel Hempstead. On September 1, 2022, travelled by train to Canada Water without a valid train ticket. Fined £115 plus ordered to pay compensation £4.90, victim services £46 and court costs £50. 

Dean Smith: 36, of Granville Road, Northchurch. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates Court on March 18, 2024, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £300 plus ordered to pay court costs £85. 

Sara Machrak: 31, of New House Crescent, Watford. Between August 4 and October 5, 2023, used a TV without a valid TV licence. Fined £220 plus ordered to pay victim services £88 and court costs £205. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – June 27 

Craig Hale: 39, of Farm House Close, Broxbourne. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Chelmsford Magistrates Court on February 24, 2021, by failing to report as instructed. On December 25, 2020, failed to provide a breath test when suspected of committing a road traffic offence. Fined £720 and ordered to pay court costs £85.
