Hatfield Magistrates Court results – June 13 

Darrel Fisher: 36, of Hopton Road, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after release from imprisonment by failing to attend planned appointments. Fined £80. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – June 14 

Basil Davies: 61, of Oaks Cross, Stevenage. On August 12, 2023, had a vehicle in Stevenage which was untaxed. Fined £166 plus ordered to pay vehicle excise duty £53.34 and court costs £85. 

St Albans Magistrates Court – June 17 

Ali Marzouq: 23, of The Meadow Way, Harrow. On August 8, 2022, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a BMW who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £264. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – June 19 

Ellis Elia: 20, of Green Close, Cheshunt. On November 10, 2023, drove a Ford Fiesta on Turners Hill, Cheshunt without due care and attention. Fined £72 plus ordered to pay victim services £28. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – June 21 

Beverly Cheung: 58, of Sicklefield Close, Cheshunt. On April 26, 2023, drove a Fiat 500 on Hammondstreet Road at 38mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £192 plus ordered to pay victim services £77 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Peter Cross: 32, of Cromwell Avenue, Cheshunt. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates court on February 7, 2023, by failing to attend appointments. Fined £80. 

Michael Eaton-Hall: 33, of Cambridge Road, Sawbridgeworth. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on August 8, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Fined £25. 

Lewis Payne: 34, of Barlycroft, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on November 3, 2022, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £333. 

James Tink: 31, of Hampden, Kimpton. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates Court on January 11, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £133. 

Charlie Adside: 52, of Darcy Close, Cheshunt. On May 5, 2023, owned a vehicle that did not have any insurance in place to cover its use. Fined £130 plus ordered to pay victim services £52 and court costs £100. 

Mamunul Haque: 27, of Pultney Street, London. On March 24, 2023, drove a Volkswagen Passat on Lower Luton Road, Harpenden at 42mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £184 plus ordered to pay victim services £74 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 4 points. 

Abdulla Muhammadi: 38, of Weston Road, Stevenage. On March 23, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Ford Europe Transit who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
