St Albans Magistrates Court results – June 7 

Olufemi Forseythe: 55, of St Lukes Court, Hatfield. Between January 24, 2022 and January 13, 2023, threatened to evict a tenant from his property in Hatfield. Between March 15 and December 12, 2022, refused to repair the boiler at a property he rented out in Hatfield. Between January 24, 2022, and January 13, 2023, threatened his tenant with accessing the property in Hatfield without her consent. Fined £1800 plus ordered to pay victim services £720 and court costs £750. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – June 10 

Alex Nering: 44, of Shenley Road, Borehamwood. On September 22, 2021, assaulted at Woman at St Albans by beating her and resisted arrest. Fined £200 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – June 11 

Laan Horne- Morrison: 34, of Martinfield, Welwyn Garden City. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on May 13, 2021, by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Fined £50. 

Matthew Gladwish: 43, of Edulf Road, Borehamwood. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after release from imprisonment by failing to attend an appointment and to keep in contact with probation officer. Committed to prison for 7 days concurrent. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – June 12 

Liam Duncan: 20, of Cotton Field, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on October 24, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £40. 

Michael Muraya: 51, of Lamb Close, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on February 25, 2021, by failing to maintain contact with his probation officer. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay court costs £85.
