Darren Fraser: 22, of Pembridge Gardens, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after release from imprisonment by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £100. 

Ben Strickland: 35, of Cohen Close, Cheshunt. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on November 21, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Fined £80.

Mark Feller: 34, of Knella Road, Welwyn Garden City. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Manchester City Magistrates Court by failing to attend probation office appointments. Community order varied - drug rehabilitation requirement.

Patricia McCarthy: 70, of Melrose Gardens, Edgware. On May 17, 2023, drove a land rover on Elstree Way, Borehamwood while using a hand-held mobile phone. Fined £114 plus ordered to pay victim services £46 and court costs £85. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Jordan Abraham: 26, of Station Close, Brookmans Park. On April 23, 2023, travelled by train to Welwyn North train station without a valid train ticket. Fined £220 plus ordered to pay compensation £17.40, victim services £88 and court costs £150. 

Danielle Williams: 30, of Ferme Park Road, London. On September 21, 2023, travelled by train to Luton train station without a valid train ticket. Fined £60 plus ordered to pay compensation £21.20, victim services £24 and court costs £135.

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – June 6 

Raymond Stoltzman: 69, of Long Lane, Aston End. On June 15, 2023, drove a Mercedes on Park Street at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £40 plus ordered to pay victim services £16. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 days. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – June 6 

Susan Barry: 63, of Barndicott, Welwyn Garden City. Between October 1 –31caused unnecessary suffering and failed to care for three dogs at Welwyn Garden City. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay victim services £154. Disqualified from keeping Dogs for 12 months.
