Thousands flocked to Welwyn Garden City BID's latest World Food Festival event in the town centre last weekend.
The sun shone over hungry punters who enjoyed the long-awaited good weather and variety of morsels on offer.
The popular event is organised by Wonderful WGC - or Welwyn Garden City BID - who dubbed the 2024 instalment the "biggest and best" to date.
"What an amazing weekend in our town centre for our first instalment of this year's World Food Festival," the BID said.
"Thank you to everyone who attended and made this our biggest and best World Food Festival to date," the BID team said.
"Thank you to all of our wonderful traders, contractors and amazing performers.
"A big thank you to our headline sponsors, Taylor Wimpey, Oaklands College and Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.
"We kicked off our signature events last weekend with the World Food Festival and the sun was on our side.
"The town centre was thriving and it was wonderful to see so many of our businesses coming out to make the most of the additional footfall in town centre. The feedback from traders, businesses and visitors have been fantastic.
"We are aware there were issues with rubbish and we are on the case to improve this for our next World Food Festival which is on Saturday, September 14 and Sunday, September 15."
"Don't miss out on any of our fab upcoming events around the town."
Paresh Pandya, sales manager at Taylor Wimpey North Thames, added: "We were delighted to support Welwyn Garden City town centre's World Food Festival.
"It was a great opportunity to not only give back to the community surrounding our Codicote developments, The Heath and The Vale, but to also help fund creative and unique events that Welwyn residents look forward to."
