A planning appeal has been submitted after plans for a two-bedroom home in Hatfield were refused.
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council turned down a proposal, submitted by Muhammad Bashir, for a new two storey, two-bedroom dwelling adjacent to the existing property at 1 Warren Green.
The plans also include the erection of a rear extension to the existing dwelling, following demolition of the existing side extension.
New access was also proposed for the existing dwelling, with the new dwelling utilising the existing access.
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council refused the plans in November last year, saying: "The proposed development fails to provide adequate on-site parking and access, failing to demonstrate that the proposal would have an acceptable impact on highway safety."
