A man has died following a "medical emergency" in Welwyn Garden City yesterday.
The East of England Ambulance Service were called to the incident in Osborn Way at around 10.15am yesterday (April 3), with an ambulance, an ambulance officer vehicle, a critical care vehicle, a rapid response vehicle and police all attending the scene.
Despite the efforts of medical crews, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
"We were called just before 10.15am on Wednesday with reports of a medical emergency on Osborn Way in Welwyn Garden City," said an East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson.
"An ambulance, an ambulance officer vehicle, a critical care vehicle and a rapid response vehicle were sent to the scene. Sadly, despite the best efforts of medical crews, an adult man was pronounced dead at the scene."
