3. Golf club car park extension
A planning application has been submitted to extend the existing car park facilitated by felling and replanting of trees and erection of boundary insulation at Welwyn Garden City Golf Club in Mannicotts, Welwyn Garden City.

4. Golf club alcohol licence application
An application has been submitted to vary a premises licence at Welwyn Garden City Golf Club in Mannicotts, Welwyn Garden City.
Proposals include the selling of alcohol from the Halfway House located between the 9th and 10th hole, and sale of alcohol from a buggy driven around the course when the weather is appropriate to do so, both from Monday to Sunday, 08.30am to 6pm.
5. Welwyn conservation area changes
Notice is hereby given that Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council have carried out a review of the Welwyn Village Conservation Area, which has been amended.
