Welwyn Garden City Photographic Society is showcasing the highest-scoring images from a national competition.
Each year, the society enters a competition run by the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB), known as the PAGB GB Cup.
The PAGB is a membership organisation that coordinates activities for photographic clubs across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Entrants to the competition can submit photos of any genre of photography apart from nature.
This year, the Welwyn Garden City club entered in the general category, achieving a position of joint 36th place out of 58 clubs in their first time taking part in the competition.
Of the society's entries, the highest-scoring image - achieving 14 out of a possible 15 - was 'Steamy Windows in a Cambridge Café' by member Richard Goldthorpe.
Anyone who is interested in joining the society can come along for a free taster session by contacting the membership secretary at membership-secretary@welwynphotoclub.org.uk.
