Stevenage Magistrates Court results – March 1
Alan Joseph: 47, of Regency Street, London. On April 16 drove a Honda on A10 Great Cambridge Road, Cheshunt at 48mph when the speed limit is 40mph. Fined £100 plus ordered to pay victim services £40 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Alan Beverley: 34, of Ditchmore Lane, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates court on May 24, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Court order varied – the defendant must comply with the requirements by May 23, 2024.
Harry Byatt-Matthews: 19, of Brice Gardens, Buntingford. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates court on July 10 by failing to attend unpaid work session and office appointments. Fined £266.
Melanie Conway: 44, of Grace Way, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Hatfield Magistrates Court on October 5, 2022, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £40.
Scott Moffat: 46, of Marymead Drive, Stevenage. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Hatfield Magistrates court on June 12 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £40.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – March 4
Redwaan Wardere: 26, of Hirst Crescent, London. On April 25 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes GLC who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £264 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – March 5
Emma Bloomfield: 45, of Hartswood Close, Bushey. Between May 10 and June 6 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of an Audi A1 who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence at Stevenage.
Between May 16 and June 12 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of an Audi A1 who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence at Stevenage.
Between May 30 and June 26 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of an Audi A1 who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence at Stevenage.
Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £72 and court costs £90. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.
Daniel Creask: 43 of Repton Road, Hertford. On May 3 drove a Volkswagen Polo on A10 Great Cambridge Road, Wormley at 87mph when the speed limit is 70mph. On June 17 drove a Volkswagen Polo on A10 Great Cambridge Road, Cheshunt at 47mph when the speed limit is 40mph. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay victim services £32 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Adam George: 19, of Canterbury Way, Stevenage. On April 13 drove a Yamaha on Martins Way, Stevenage at 68mph when the speed limit is 40mph. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court costs £90. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence.
Alfie Hall: 31, of Jubilee Court, Waltham Abbey. On May 5 drove a Mercedes Vito on Essex Road, Hoddesdon at 43mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £461 plus ordered to pay victim services £184 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 4 points.
Lucy Croucher: 42, of White Stubbs Lane, Bayford. On June 7 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mini Cooper who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Stevenage. On June 19 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mini Cooper who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Stevenage. Fined £346 plus ordered to pay victim services £138 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
Hatfield Magistrates Court results – March 5
Jon Awan: 42, of Bullsmoor Way, Waltham Cross. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to report as instructed. Fine £80 plus ordered to pay court costs £85.
