Welwyn Garden City station is set for a makeover thanks to volunteers from the All Aboarders.
The station adoption group will get together with staff from Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) and Siemens Mobility at 10am on Wednesday, March 13.
They will stay for a few hours of gardening and other odd jobs, and anyone is welcome to join in.

The gardening volunteers started in April 2018 by clearing existing platform flowerbeds and shrubberies of overgrown and dead shrubs, with the roses pruned for the first time in many years.
Since then new raised beds and troughs have been added, and the existing beds have been overhauled with masses of new plants added.
Gardening sessions are held on alternate Saturday and Thursday mornings, pausing for the winter months.
One volunteer said: "I joined because I felt a garden city should have a station that lives up to the town’s name.

"Since then, I have met many new people and gardening with them has been a pleasure.
"It makes it all worthwhile when people on the station comment about the improved environment and how it enhances their travel experience."
A makeover day was last held in 2022, and was attended by around 25 people - with four new volunteers joining the group.
