A man has been arrested on suspicion of possession of a knife and an offensive weapon after police stopped a car on the M25 near South Mimms.
At around 6.44pm on February 10, officers stopped a black Toyota Yaris T Sport, which was believed to have false number plates, near to the South Mimms junction on the M25.
A 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of going equipped, being in possession of a bladed article, being in possession of an offensive weapon and being in possession of class A drugs.
Herts police confirmed that no further action would be take regarding the possession of class A drugs, and but he has been released on bail for the remaining alleged offences while enquiries continue.
