St Albans Magistrates court results – January 5 

Neville Spiers: 73, of Bullhead Road, Borehamwood. On February 23 drove a Nissan Qashqai on A5183 Park Street at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £66 plus ordered to pay victim services £34. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – January 8 

Oakley Mills: 20, of Norton Road, Letchworth Garden City. On February 14 drove a Ford Transit on A1 South Mimms when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £311 plus ordered to pay victim services £124 and court costs £150. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 21 days.  

St Albans Magistrates Court results – January 9 

Tania Allen: 40, of Birds Hill, Letchworth Garden City. On June 2 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £264 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Ryszard Maciej Szewczyk: 59, of Cranbrook Park, London. On February 23 drove a Lexus on M1 Between junction 7-6A Redbourn at 108mph when the speed limit is 70mph. Fined £850 plus ordered to pay victim services £340 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 6 months. 

Laura Evans: 33, of Maynard Court, Waltham Abbey. On August 2, 2022, failed to give information relating to the identification of a Suzuki Swift who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £264 and court costs £110. On June 29, 2022, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Renault Megane who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £264. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. 

Shane Wilson: 34, of Broadfield Road, Woolmer Green. On February 10 drove a Ford on Chester Road, Stevenage when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court costs £50. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Stevenage Magistrates court results – January 9 

Rahim Azari: 41, of Manor Way, Borehamwood. On July 15 drove a vehicle at Roydon Station level crossing without due care and attention. Fined £700 plus ordered to pay victim services £282 and court costs £200. Driving record endorsed with 5 points. 

St Albans Magistrates court results – January 10 

Daniel Meehan: 28, of Cherry Way, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend appointments and failed to reside at a permanent address. Fined £50.

Ricky Burns: 36, of High Street, Cheshunt. On April 14 drove a BMW on A602 Broadhall Way, Stevenage at 58 mph when the speed limit is 40mph. Fined £72. Driving record endorsed with 4 points. Hatfield Magistrates court results – January 11
