Hatfield Magistrates' Court results – November 27 

Aden Crouch: 37, of Grove Road, Hitchin. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend an office appointment. Fined £40. 

St Albans Magistrates' Court results – November 28 

Michael Boakye: 46, of Coopers Crescent, Borehamwood. On March 15, 2023, drove a Hyundai on Eastbury Road, Watford at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £153 plus ordered to pay victim services £61 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Lewis Jeeves: 23, of Lincoln Close, Welwyn Garden City. On March 15, 2023, drove a Kawasaki on Howlands, Welwyn Garden City at 67mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court cost £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 30 days. 

Dale Nufer: 60, of Northaw Road, Northaw, Potters Bar. On January 29, 2023, drove a Nissan Qashqai on Lower Luton Road, Harpenden at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £346 plus ordered to pay victim services £138 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Sean Lyness: 42, of Masefield, Hitchin. On February 5, 2023, drove a Ford Transit on Station Road, Baldock while using a hand-held mobile phone. Fined £323 plus ordered to pay victim services £129 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Charles Watling: 39, of Marshalls Avenue, Shillington. On March 1, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mazda 6 who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £264 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Stevenage Magistrates' Court results – November 29 

Jake Wheeler: 48, of Macers Court, Broxbourne. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on June 28, 2023, by failing to attend an appointment. Fined £80. 

St Albans Magistrates' Court results – November 29 

Daniel Baker: 35, of Shenwood Court, Borehamwood. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on June 22, 2023, by failing to attend an unpaid work session. Fined £40 plus ordered to pay court costs £85. 

Toni Finch: 44, of Eldon Avenue, Borehamwood. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on June 6, 2023, by failing to attend office appointments. Community order amended, must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement. 

Stevenage Magistrates' Court results – November 30 

Daniel Crowdy: 45, of March Close, Hoddesdon. On March 18,2023, drove a Vauxhall Corsa on M25 junction 23-22 at Potters Bar at 98mph when the speed limit is 70mph. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay victim services £32 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 4 points.
