Police officers dealt with a car who was lane-hogging on the A1(M) motorway earlier today (Friday, December 1).
Officers from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit were on the motorway near Hatfield when they spotted a BMW driver remaining in the third lane despite the first two lanes being clear.
The officers stopped the car and "tried to educate the driver", only for them "to swear and gesticulate" at the officers in response.
The BMW was also found to have a broken headlight.
Officers reported the driver for driving without due care and attention, and for having a defective headlight.
Driving without due care and attention can result in a fine and points on your licence.
