Two motorists have been charged with a number of offences after a traffic operation in Hatfield.
Officers stopped 19 vehicles in Comet Way on Friday, November 3, issuing a number of traffic offence reports.
Matthew Mackintosh, 25, of Puttocks Drive in Welham Green has since been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
A further vehicle was also stopped following a short pursuit after making off from police.
Emmanuel Iliya, also 25, of Heron Way in Hatfield, has been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving without insurance, failing to stop at a road collision, resisting or obstructing a constable and criminal damage.

"We teamed up with officers from the Hertsmere Intervention Team to carry out an operation proactively targeting drivers and aiming to keep our local roads are safe," said Sergeant James Wingate, from the Welwyn Hatfield Intervention Team.
"I hope that residents are pleased to hear of this news.
"We intend to carry out more operations in the near future, especially in the run-up to Christmas when we often see people tempted to drink drive after celebrating."
