It's time to have your say on the management of Singlers Marsh, after Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council launched a consultation.
The proposed landscape management plans cover the next 10 years, from 2023 to 2033, and aims to achieve good practice and management of the 6.3 hectare nature reserve in Welwyn and Danesbury.
The plans are designed to be read and understood by all who are involved or interested in the management of the sites, with hopes that more people understand, contribute, and have a say in how the sites should be managed.
To view the plans and have your say on the management of Singlers Marsh, visit www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/landscapeplan before November 30.
It also aims to provide context for the sites’ historical and contemporary landscape and highlight their existing biodiversity and habitats.
"The Landscape Management Consultation is an opportunity for residents to have their say on how we manage these important sites," said Councillor Sandreni Bonfante, executive member for environment at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council
"We want to make sure that our plans are informed by the needs and priorities of our community and that we continue to protect and enhance these valuable natural resources."
