James Watson Howe: 39, of Scott Avenue, Stansted Abbotts. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Hatfield Magistrates Court on June 9 by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £80.
James Tanner: 39, of Friends Avenue, Cheshunt. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on February 24, 2021, by failing to attend appointments. Fined £80.
Koon Ping Lok: 61, of Willow Way, Radlett. On December 17 drove a Mercedes on A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £220 plus ordered to pay victim services £88 and court costs £250. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Hatfield Magistrates Court results – October 17
Jack Jones: 22, of Court Mead Lane, Hertford. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Chelmsford Magistrates Court on February 22 by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Fined £50. Community order adjusted – compliance date extended.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – October 17
Stuart Kilbridge: 52, of Jenkins Avenue, Bricket Wood. On February 16 drove a Volkswagen Golf on Jenkins Avenue, Bricket Wood when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
Stephen Gillibrand: 46, of Rye Close, Borehamwood. On November 22 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Vauxhall Astra who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
