Stevenage Magistrates Court results – August 24 

Teresa Roberts: 74, of Hollybush Lane, Flamstead. On November 25, 2022, drove a Range Rover Evoque on Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £72 plus ordered to pay victim services £28. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Haider Zaman: 66, of Hatfield Road, St Albans. On November 16 drove a Volkswagen Golf on Drakes Drive, St Albans at 37mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £72 plus ordered to pay victim services £28. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – August 25 

Alfie Burnham: 19, of Stamford Close, Potters Bar. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on May 20, 2022, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £267. 

Chloe Briars: 25, of Meadow Avenue, Radlett. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend appointments. Fined £80. 

St Albans Magistrates Court – August 25 

Leon Malcolm: 37, of Mercers Row, St Albans. On October 15 drove a Vauxhall Mokka on A414 St Albans when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £727 plus ordered to pay victim services £291 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Somair Khan: 40, of Windmill Avenue, St Albans. On November 1 and November 11 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a BMW who was alleged to have been guilty of a road traffic offence. Fined £1,038 plus ordered to pay victim services £415 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Nijaz Mujan: 60, of Pine Grove, Bricket Wood. On July 22, 2022, failed to give information relating to the driver of a BMW who was alleged to have been guilty of a road traffic offence. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £72 and court costs £110. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – August 30 

James Bonnet: 19, of The Valley Green, Welwyn Garden City. On February 23 used threatening and abusive behaviour towards a person at Stevenage. Ordered to pay compensation £200. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – August 30 

Stacey O’Connor: 36, of Knella Road, Welwyn Garden City. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on January 31, 2023, by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £50. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – August 31 

Diana Aksoy: 34, of Ellis Avenue, Stevenage. On December 7 drove a Mercedes E220 on Grace Way, Stevenage at 53mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
