Fancy a career in the police?
Hertfordshire Constabulary is holding a jobs fair in Hatfield next weekend for anyone looking for a new and exciting career in the force.
The Careers Discovery Day will be held on Saturday, September 9 at the Fielder Centre in Hatfield, AL10 9TP, between 1pm and 5pm.
Attendees will be able to talk to the Herts police team about their skills and they will help find a role to suit you.
Representatives from the dog unit, armed response unit and many other teams will be there on the day.

The Herts force needs all kinds of people to join the police family – not only police officers.
“We already have more than 180 people signed up to come along to our careers discovery day but we’ve plenty of slots for more people to come along,” said Inspector Pete Edwards, from the workforce development team.
“If you’re thinking about a career change then come along. We need talented individuals with transferable skills for all kinds of roles, everything from police officers and detectives, to PCSOs and 999 call handlers.”
