Gosling Sports Park was temporarily closed yesterday (Friday, August 18) due to a fire.
The incident took place prior to 3.50pm, when the closure was announced.
Firefighters from Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene.
By 5.14pm, facilities such as tennis courts, golf driving range, soft play, trampoline and play park and ski centre had been reopened.

However, the leisure centre's gym, fitness class studios and spa remained closed.
A statement on Gosling Sports Park's website read: "
Spokesperson for Gosling Sports Park added: "We apologise to customers for any inconvenience following yesterday afternoon's (Friday's) closure of the gym, studios and spa at Gosling Sports Park following a small electrical fire in the gym plant room.
"Our incident response and evacuation procedures were put into place and there were no injuries reported.
"The Fire Brigade attended and dealt with the incident and advised the Centre could reopen Saturday."

"Tennis, golf, soft play, trampoline park and skiing were unaffected.
"Customers will be refunded for booked sessions."
