Rural crime and anti-social behaviour are among the issues set to be prioritised by police officers in Hertsmere.
Taking into account the public's feelings on the matter, Hertfordshire police have revealed the issues that they will focus on in each area.
The priorities will be in place from August until December, and will see a dedicated team work to address the matters.

This will be achieved through increased police presence, engagement events and "targeted enforcement".
Neighbourhood Inspector Rachael Robertson said: "Feedback from members of the public is vital, to ensure that local policing resources are focusing on the issues that matter most. I’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to share their views with us.

“These are local priorities, suggested directly by the community, but officers will still be out and about responding to any other issues and concerns as usual, supported by response teams and specialist units.”
The issues prioritised in each area of Hertsmere can be seen below:
Borehamwood and Elstree
- Reduce pedal cycle thefts and anti-social use of pedal cycles in Borehamwood.
Bushey and Radlett
- Reduce anti-social behaviour and increase feelings of safety across parks and open spaces in Bushey.
- Tackle rural crime and anti-social behaviour across Radlett and Aldenham, including the illegal use of off-road vehicles in fields.
Potters Bar and Shenley
- Tackle fly-tipping across Potters Bar and Shenley.
- Reduce incidents of anti-social behaviour in Station Close, Potters Bar.
