Springmead Primary School pupils celebrated the end of the academic year with a successful Sports Day.
A carousel of activities was set up, and the children threw bean bags through hoops, threw javelins, took part in a relay using hats, bags and teddies, ran races and more.
Parents and carers had the chance to watch their children compete, and took part in their own running race at the end.
Teachers also had their own race, which was won by Year 5 teacher Miss Afford.
The children competed to collect points, which contributed towards their house's overall score.
Teams were able to collect extra points from staff by demonstrating the school learning values of being brave and taking risks, reflection, teamwork and collaboration, independence, problem-solving and exploring, and creativity.
