Hatfield Magistrates Court results – July 7
Robert Harrison: 31, of Amethyst Walk, Welwyn Garden City. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend appointments. Fined £50.
Hatfield Magistrates Court results – July 11
Frederick Taylor: 57, of Chertsey Rise, Stevenage. On July 25, 2021, failed to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of having committed a road traffic offence. Fined £1,100 plus ordered to pay victim services £110 and court costs £620. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 18 months.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – July 12
Leonie Fox: 49, of Rectory Close, Essendon. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Brighton Magistrates court on September 7 by failing to attend appointments. Ordered to pay court costs £40.
Mirza Hodzic: 19, of Stratfield Road, Borehamwood. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Thames Magistrates Court on January 11. Fined £40 plus ordered to pay court costs £40.
Sheldon Jaffray: 18, of Springfield, Welwyn Garden City. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on May 4 by failing to attend appointments. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay court costs £40.
Paul Robertson: 54, of Allerton Road, Borehamwood. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Colchester Magistrates Court on September 22 by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Ordered to pay court costs £85.
Bradley Dembowicz: 21, of Mutton Lane, Potters Bar. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on September 22 by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £150 plus ordered to pay court costs £85.
Ben Piroth: 36, of Errington Close, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay court costs £40.
